## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 具备为项目角色风格定调，重点角色及族群势力的设计探索能力，建立设计标杆；
- 配合产品与项目要求制定角色美术风格，总结和输出美术风格的设计标准；
- 参与角色从前期到落地全流程的设计工作，审核外包提交的原画设计稿；
- 积累和共享原画设计经验，编写课件并培养新人，分享设计经验；
- 能持续探索角色设计风格与方向。 Requirements
- 美术相关专业本科学历，五年以上角色原画设计经验，有主导团队开展设计工作经验或游戏商业化美术设计经验者优先；
- 具备深厚的美术功底，良好的审美，流程化的设计方法，设计逻辑，熟练掌握角色美术设计相关软件；
- 对角色有较强理解与感知力，能准确赋予角色概念，能通过设计传递角色气质；
- 具有良好的想象力，对东方原型与幻想题材的结合有经验者优先；
- 热爱游戏，关注游戏体验，能配合产品改进游戏体验；
- 具备优秀的学习能力，能主动研究学习新技术并运用到工作中；
- 具备优秀的分析能力与创新能力，有较强的责任心，沟通能力与抗压能力。
