## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责 TencentOS在公司内外部业务的技术支持与问题闭环，覆盖装机部署、版本升级、运行时故障、性能异常等全场景；
- 承接线上疑难问题的定位与根因分析，涉及内核（调度/内存/IO/网络）、文件系统、容器与虚拟化环境，能独立输出分析报告并推动修复上线；
- 支撑服务器硬件适配与交付流程（PVT 阶段验证、驱动/固件兼容性、批量装机与 PXE 自动化部署）；
- 面向业务方做性能调优与容量优化建议，沉淀调优基线与最佳实践；

### 推动支持工作的产品化与自动化
- 完善知识库、丰富诊断工具与巡检脚本、参与智能客服问答语料与效果评测，持续降低人工支持占比。 Requirements
- 本科及以上，计算机相关专业，3 年以上 Linux 系统运维、内核或技术支持经验；
- 扎实的 Linux 系统原理基础，熟练使用 perf、ftrace、eBPF、systemtap、crash 等工具，有内核 crash / hang / 性能劣化排查实战经验；
- 熟悉服务器硬件体系（CPU/内存/存储/网卡）与常见故障表现，了解 RAID、NVMe、RDMA、bond 等技术；
- 熟练掌握 Shell/Python，具备自动化工具或平台开发能力；
- 具备良好的客户沟通与文档撰写能力，能在高压故障场景下清晰推进协同。
