## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 结合供应链实践经验及数据中心业务现状，输出从需求-采购-库存-履约-交付端到端数字化平台化的有效可行需求建议，驱动平台持续优化迭代；
- 针对内部业务的需求，协同服务器到核心部件，网络物料，IDC等供应链管理团队，制定前瞻运营管理方案与策略，提供对行业趋势、跨行行业等供应链最佳实践，有价值的洞察和建议；
- 深入了解供应链各运营环节，推动供应链流程提效，及推进运营举措落地，保证运营方案与策略的质量和影响。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上制造业或供应链领域工作经验，管理咨询从业经验加分；
- 具备从需求预测、供应计划、采购、生产、执行、交付等供应链核心模块的丰富运营经验；
- 对硬件产品和云技术有热情，熟悉数据中心的核心设备和部件，有半导体或IT基础设施行业从业经验加分；
- 有清晰的逻辑思维和分析框架，流程管理能力，拥有产业与互联网的复合背景者加分；
- 有较强的信息获取能力与学习能力、能高效进行跨业务团队沟通，自我驱动、适应性强，精通EXCEL、PPT，善于学习使用AI工具。
