## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目角色渲染相关的材质、着色器开发、维护与优化；
- 负责角色渲染性能分析、数据整理与优化方案制定；
- 负责角色渲染管线的技术规范建立、完善与落地推进；
- 负责角色渲染的前期技术评估与技术方案调研；
- 负责角色渲染相关的日常问题排查与疑难BUG修复；
- 与角色美术、动画及引擎团队协作，攻克渲染技术难点，提升角色视觉品质。 Requirements 1.3年以上角色渲染或相关领域开发经验，熟悉PBR渲染流程； 2.精通UE材质系统，能够独立开发高质量角色材质与皮肤等特殊着色器； 3.熟悉角色渲染相关功能模块，具备渲染特性定制与优化能力； 4.熟悉角色制作流程，了解建模、绑定、动画等相关环节者优先； 5.具备角色渲染性能优化经验，熟悉多平台（PC/主机/Mobile）适配者优先； 6.有Shader编写能力（如HLSL/GLSL）者优先；
- 有角色模型制作美术工作经验优先；
- 有带团队管理经验者优先。
