## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责WorkBuddy AgentOS、安全、环境工程、沙箱、工具等底层能力的规划与建设工作；专注于WorkBuddy在端上的底层能力开发，特别是与操作系统相关的模块，确保多端一致的底层能力支持；
- 构建并维护WorkBuddy和Agent运行所需的稳定、高效、安全的底层环境；
- 深入研究操作系统底层机制，包括进程管理、内存控制、文件系统操作和网络通信等，解决复杂技术问题；设计并实现保障Agent运行安全的技术方案，防范潜在安全风险；
- 与跨职能团队协作，推动底层能力与上层应用的深度融合，提升整体产品性能；持续跟踪和研究前沿技术，特别是AI Coding和Agent相关领域，将新技术应用于产品优化。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机基础理论；
- 熟悉操作系统原理，对进程、内存、文件系统、网络等核心概念有深入理解；
- 至少熟练掌握一种原生编程语言，如C/C++、Rust、Swift、Objective-C等；
- 有至少一个主流端平台（Windows、macOS、iOS、Android、Linux、OpenHarmony等）的开发经验；
- 对Agent架构、上下文管理、Harness机制等相关领域有一定了解和实践经验；
- 深度使用过至少一种AI Agent工具（如Codex、Claude Code、Cursor、Manus等），熟悉AI辅助编程；
- 具备良好的技术学习能力和问题解决能力，能够快速掌握新技术并应用于实际工作；
- 有较强的自驱力和责任感，愿意接受具有挑战性的技术任务。
