## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与游戏产品的用户体验流程设计，协助构建信息架构，界面交互设计，保障交互体验的流畅性；
- 参与IP设定进行界面与交互的概念包装设计，塑造沉浸式IP体验；
- 参与用户研究与测试，并能基于反馈对设计方案进行交互体验的优化迭代；
- 参与现有游戏产品的可用性走查与体验评估，并输出优化建议；
- 参与设计和维护团队设计规范，协助维护设计一致性，参与落地质量验证。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，交互设计、工业设计、数字媒体、设计学、心理学等相关专业优先，2年以上游戏项目交互设计/体验设计相关经验；
- 具备基础的交互稿、流程图绘制能力，能够清晰表达设计思路；
- 熟悉主流交互设计工具Figma，了解用户体验设计基本理论与方法；
- 热爱游戏，有较丰富的游戏体验，对射击类、动作类游戏的交互模式有一定认知和见解；
- 具备良好的沟通协作意识，主动积极，注重细节，具备较强的学习与适应能力。
