## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责客户端Gameplay各模块的开发工作，包括但不限于游戏程序设计、功能实现与优化，提升游戏的性能与用户体验；
- 负麦相关模块工具扩展，工具链建设，规范制定等工作；
- 负责跟进与解决各类疑难问题，确保版本稳定性；
- 与团队成员紧密合作，共同推进项目进度，确保游戏按时高质量测试和上线。 Requirements
- 本科以上学历，3年以上游戏客户端研发经验，2年以上UE引|擎相关开发经验，熟练掌握Unreal Engine,UE Gameplay框架，DS架构；
- 精通C++，熟悉lua/ts/c#其中一种脚本语言，具备扎实的数据结构、算法、多线程、网络基础等；
- 至少精通物理、动画、网络同步、技能系统等游戏开发知识中的一个领域；
- 善于使用CodeBuddy/Cursor等现代AI编程工具，熟练掌握AI IDE编程技巧者优先；
- 具备良好的程序设计能力，能够独立完成复杂功能开发，降低代码维护成本；
- 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够迅速融入团队。
