## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯云国内伙伴出海及港澳地区合作伙伴的渠道增长与合作伙伴成功，达成所分配的渠道销售业绩目标；
- 负责与出海伙伴及港澳渠道伙伴的战略及销售目标对齐，制定清晰的渠道增长商业计划，在渠道赋能、培训认证、AI产品推广、销售商机生成及转化等不同维度设定目标并推动达成；
- 服务国内企业客户出海需求，挖掘并对接优质出海渠道伙伴资源，推动云产品在海外目标市场的渠道覆盖；
- 与区域团队共同维护与管理渠道伙伴的良好合作关系，构建日常沟通机制，负责重点渠道伙伴的经营分析及QBR执行；
- 有效牵动内部资源及生态，推动渠道伙伴在销售转化链条中出现的各类问题的解决，并持续牵引渠道体系和销售平台的不断完善。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上渠道开发/销售/增长工作经历，有出海业务或港澳市场经验优先；
- 熟练掌握粤语及英语（作为工作语言），有海外/港澳学习或工作背景优先；
- 深刻了解国内企业出海及港澳云计算/ICT市场的渠道体系和运作方式，对于云计算产品及AI产品和解决方案有较深认知，对渠道全链路销售转化有实操经验；
- 拥有经营数字敏感性，能够牵头重点渠道伙伴的经营分析及数据洞察，输出决策参考；
- 有海外云计算友商渠道管理经验优先；
- 有极强的沟通协调能力，具备良好的团队合作精神，执行力强，能够承担出差及跨时区协作压力。
