## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责将前沿AI技术系统化融入传统制作流程，在确保创作质量与安全合规的前提下，实现提质、降本、增效；
- 与导演、编剧、摄像、后期、制片人等多角色沟通协调，提供AI解决方案和建议；
- 梳理现有制片全流程，设计并落地AI赋能解决方案，辅助产品建设AI工具体系；
- 构建面向内容制作的AIGC管线，并参与头部S级电视剧、动画的AI制作，探索从创意生成到生产执行的智能化链路。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，影视技术、智能影像艺术、设计、动画等相关专业优先，熟悉制片全流程，有动画/影视/广告/内容制作相关经验；
- 对AIGC技术有系统理解，具备将AI嵌入实际生产的尝试和落地经验。熟悉主流AI创作工具和平台，对图像、视频生成类工具有实践经验，有动画/影视制作如视频剪辑、后期视效相关经验者优先；
- 具备内容审美与质量把控能力，理解镜头语言、剪辑逻辑。
