## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 独立负责大世界车流系统的基础特性和规则设计，包括路网逻辑、车流密度、避让规则、事件响应机制等；
- 主导车流氛围设计及落地，确保车辆行为在视觉与逻辑上符合"活的城市"的体验目标；
- 设计车流与大世界其他模块（剧情、玩家行为、天气/时段）的联动响应规则；
- 跟进实机效果，持续优化车流的性能表现与体验细节（拥堵、事故、异常行为等）；
- 与大世界氛围NPC模块协同，设计人车交互规则（避让、鸣笛反应、路口博弈等），确保人车流行为的一致性与真实感；
- 协同载具，PCG，WD等环节，完成整套城市路网+车流规划和落地实现。 Requirements 1.3年以上游戏系统策划经验，具备独立主导中大型系统模块（不限于车流，交通/AI/仿真类系统优先）的完整经验； 2.

### 深度研究过GTA系列、模拟城市、Cities

Skylines、极限竞速：地平线等具备交通仿真元素的作品，能讲清楚其规则设计逻辑； 3.具备扎实的系统化设计与逻辑分析能力，能独立完成从0到1的规则框架搭建； 4.熟悉AI寻路、避让、状态机等基础概念，能与引擎/客户端程序进行有效的技术方案沟通。
