## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责审批流管理平台的规划与功能建设，结合基础平台能力现状与业务诉求分析，设计长期高效、标准、可扩展的平台型管理工具，完成业务逻辑梳理与产品方案输出；
- 承接内外部业务团队的流程产品方案对接和支撑，推动跨团队高效协作，保障业务需求高质量落地；

### 探索并推动AI技术在流程管理全链路的产品化应用，包括但不限于
- 智能审批辅助决策（风险识别+建议）、自然语言流程配置（降低搭建门槛）、流程异常智能检测与瓶颈诊断等，推动平台从"规则驱动"向"智能+规则"协同演进。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，计算机技术、信息管理、企业管理等专业优先； 2.3~5年相关工作经验，有业务流程管理经验，流程平台（BPM）搭建、低代码平台产品经验者优先； 3.熟悉产品设计及流程绘制工具，熟练使用AI辅助产品设计工具，能输出AI功能的交互原型与PRD； 4.熟悉B端业务流程，对云产品有初步了解和认知，了解主流大模型能力边界及B端落地场景，能独立评估AI方案的可行性与ROI； 5.有较强的产品规划及洞察力、逻辑思维能力、分析总结能力和自驱力，具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力； 6.此岗位签约为云智主体。
