## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责WorkBuddy agent资产的全链路分发策略制定与执行，统筹专家资源、技能库、连接器及灵感案例等生态资产在agentic搜索、推荐及对话全场景的分发机制设计，显著提升用户需求与生态资产的高效匹配效率；
- 主导构建混合检索与智能排序体系，深度掌握Harness运行机制原理，持续优化信息检索的实时响应能力与结果召回精准度，在多模态交互、多工具协同的复杂环境中平衡用户满意度、伙伴供给效能及商业化目标，设计科学高效的排序策略方案；
- 建设生态资产的冷启动全流程管理，针对新上线的技能模块、专家资源或平台内容，设计定制化的冷启动流量扶持规则与效果评估模型，通过数据驱动的反馈闭环快速识别并放大优质资产的商业价值与用户影响力；
- 建立覆盖全业务的科学评估框架与系统化agent治理体系，明确核心业务监控指标（如匹配准确率、任务完成率等），基于多维度数据分析持续迭代分发算法逻辑与agent质量管控标准，保障平台长期稳定运营；
- 专注解决复杂上下文环境下的agent用户体验问题，精准定位调用失败、任务中断等高频痛点，通过技术协同与策略优化提升垂直场景中用户任务的“一次完成率”，打造流畅可靠的服务闭环。 Requirements
- 拥有3年及以上搜索、推荐、广告或agent策略相关的产品设计经验，深入了解主流Harness框架架构及agent类产品的底层逻辑，对Tool Use技术有体系化的认知与实践积累；
- 具备卓越的数据分析能力与实验设计专业度，能够从模糊复杂的业务场景中抽象出清晰的量化策略目标，独立完成从需求拆解、策略推导到上线推动及效果验证的全流程闭环管理；
- 熟悉Skill、Plugin、MCP等主流智能体生态形态，擅长将多元化的业务逻辑转化为可落地执行的策略规则，确保技术方案与用户需求的精准适配。
