## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 运营短视频 + 直播生态，包括整体策略规划、资源管理、创作者 / 主播扶持政策制定及落地执行；
- 根据产品特性、用户喜好、内容 / 直播平台特性及行业趋势，联动 MCN、KOL、主播机构等合作方，构建内容与直播一体化的完整生态体系，对作者 / 主播规模、内容与直播流量增长、生态结构健康度负责；
- 把控生态作者与主播内容质量，确保内容合规、调性统一，配合游戏节点 / 赛事实现内容与直播的协同声量放大；维护与内容平台、MCN、作者、主播及机构的良好合作关系；
- 联动各渠道与平台资源，挖掘、培养优质内容作者与潜力主播，完善和平精英内容 + 直播一体化生态梯队建设。 Requirements
- 具有游戏行业相关工作经验，对射击品类有深刻认知与体验；
- 具备良好的内容与直播生态运营意识，较强的数据分析与策略落地能力；
- 善于沟通协调内外部资源，具备跨部门、跨平台协作推进能力；
- 工作主动积极，认真负责，沟通能力良好，具备较强的团队合作精神与抗压能力；
- 有游戏内容生态 / 直播生态运营经验，及 MCN、KOL、主播机构资源者优先。
