## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据项目创意方向，负责角色、相机与操控相关系统的设计、实现及持续迭代；
- 编写和维护清晰、准确的设计文档，保证设计意图能够被相关团队充分理解；
- 在游戏引擎中进行功能配置、原型验证、Playtest及体验调优；
- 持续研究了解业内顶尖产品设计，主动攻坚提升项目的3C品质；
- 与我们的策划、开发、美术和音频团队紧密合作，共同达成交付目标。 Requirements 1.3年及以上的3C或战斗策划相关岗位工作经验，具备开放世界、TPS或动作游戏项目经验； 2.关注细节，精益求精，能不断发现细小问题，并有严密的逻辑性，能客观分析解决方案； 3.有良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧，能够推动团队落地复杂功能交付； 4.热爱游戏，游戏经历丰富，对市场主流射击、动作、开放世界类游戏有较为深入的理解； 5.熟悉主流游戏引擎，能够在引擎中完成原型搭建、功能配置和参数调试；
- 具备良好的英文听说读写能力，能够阅读和编写英文设计文档，并参与英文会议及跨地区团队协作。
