## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 研发新一代视频编解码算法；
- 参加国际国内多媒体技术领域标准会议和标准制定；
- 跟进行业前沿技术和标准发展动态。 Requirements
- 熟悉视频编解码底层算法及标准，如H.265/H.266/AV1/AVS3等；
- 扎实的数学、信号处理、信息理论基础；
- 优秀的C/C++软件实现能力，有simd汇编优化经验，或多线程开发经验，或GPU加速开发经验等更佳；
- 优秀的英文读写能力和交流能力；
- 强自驱力和良好的团队协作能力。
