## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责多模态内容理解与生成技术在视频剪辑、内容理解及内容生成等业务场景中的研发与落地；
- 负责多模态模型的工程化部署与服务建设，包括推理链路优化、性能调优、模型调度、监控告警及稳定性治理；
- 参与多模态生成式推荐相关研发，建设覆盖离线、近线和在线场景的数据处理与特征链路；
- 构建多模态相关后台服务性能指标，建设面向 Agent 开发的测试 Harness、自动化评测和回归机制，引入测试驱动开发，保障服务质量与稳定性。 Requirements
- 熟练掌握 C++、Go 等至少一种编程语言，具备扎实的数据结构、算法和系统设计基础；
- 了解 LLM、VLM、扩散模型或 Agent 等相关技术；至少具备一种模型的应用、推理部署或工程化落地经验；
- 具备后台服务开发经验，熟悉 MySQL、Redis、Pulsar/Kafka 等常用基础组件；
- 了解分布式系统、高并发服务、流式数据处理或模型服务架构，具备基本的性能分析和故障排查能力；
- 具备良好的工程素养，重视代码质量、自动化测试、可观测性和持续交付，能够熟练使用 AI Coding 工具提升研发效率；
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与算法、产品及业务团队共同推进项目落地。
