## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责QQ平台社交业务（如空间、群、关系链等）的后台架构设计与优化，保障系统高可用、高性能及可扩展性；
- 主导社交业务模块的迭代开发，深度参与需求分析、技术评审及方案落地，解决复杂业务场景下的技术挑战；
- 与产品、运营及跨团队紧密协作，深入理解业务需求，通过技术创新推动业务目标达成；
- 参与技术规划与方案设计，跟踪行业前沿技术趋势，将合适的技术引入业务场景提升整体竞争力。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，1年以上互联网后台研发经验，扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握Golang或C++至少一门语言；
- 熟悉微服务架构设计与治理，具备分布式系统开发经验，熟悉常用中间件（如Redis、Kafka、MySQL等）及高并发场景下的性能调优；
- 有1年以上海量用户服务或复杂系统开发经验，熟悉社交类产品业务逻辑者优先；
- 具备优秀的逻辑思维与问题分析能力，能独立定位并解决复杂技术问题，对技术细节有极致追求；
- 良好的沟通协作能力与团队合作精神，能够主动推动跨团队协作，对产品体验与技术创新有热情；
- 积极拥抱新技术，有AI/LLM等技术在业务中落地实践经验者优先。
