## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏后台核心服务的开发，包括大厅、房间、匹配、关系链、聊天等模块；
- 参与网关、存储与 DS 调度等模块的开发及性能优化；
- 负责服务稳定性与可观测性建设，参与压测、容量评估及线上问题定位。 Requirements
- 精通 Go 语言，熟悉并发模型，有性能调优经验；
- 有分布式微服务实践经验，熟悉 gRPC/Protobuf、Kubernetes、微服务治理、OpenTelemetry 可观测体系；
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力，热爱游戏行业，自驱力强，乐于探索。
