## Job description

### 版本管理与协调
- 协助制定游戏版本计划与排期，跟踪版本进度，确保发布流程有序、高效；

### 发布与版本交付
- 负责线上版本的构建、部署及渠道提审等具体操作，保障版本稳定、顺利交付；

### 研发专项管理
- 参与研发效能专项，协助推进流程改进与工具平台的应用落地，助力团队效率提升。 Requirements

### 学历专业
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信或相关专业；

### 知识基础
- 熟悉软件工程基础知识，对敏捷开发、项目管理流程有基本认知；

### 核心素质
- 执行力强，责任心高，良好的沟通能力，具备出色的主动学习能力和团队协作精神，能适应项目攻坚节奏并及时响应紧急事件；

### 行业热情
- 对游戏行业有浓厚兴趣，并渴望在该领域长期发展。
