## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏研发的研发管理工作，协调相关资源确保版本交付；
- 负责相关工具化建设，保证项目质量的稳定，提升研发效率；
- 负责团队的敏捷改造和持续集成建设。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2.3年以上项目管理经验，有游戏开发背景者优先； 3.熟悉UE5或Unity优先； 4.具备较强的风险意识，能及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题； 5.具备良好的执行力和责任心，能积极推动团队完成既定目标； 6.游戏爱好者，擅长射击游戏品类游戏者优先。
