## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏的AIBot技术的研发和落地，包括但不限于强化学习、模仿学习、元学习等，结合游戏场景，提供技术解决方案；
- 利用游戏玩家数据建立大数据模型，在拟人化、风格化、定制化方向的研究应用落地；
- 支持机器学习AI离线训练平台和在线服务的框架设计和搭建；
- 支持AI算法的创新和优化，提高学习效率和表现效果。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业，硕士及以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验；
- 基础扎实，编码过关，熟悉常用的算法和数据结构，熟练掌握C/C++、go、Python等至少一门编程语言，具备较强动手和快速学习能力，能够应用TF、PyTorch等主流框架实现模型搭建与算法调优；
- 掌握机器学习、强化学习、最优化理论等算法原理，并对及其在游戏中的应用有深入的理解和浓厚的兴趣；
- 有游戏开发经验优先，热爱游戏，熟悉多种品类的游戏玩法和常见的用户体验问题；
- 熟悉k8s等容器相关技术，有大规模DeepLearning系统研发经验者优先。
