## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据原画制作高中低模贴图，确保模型的大型、结构及材质符合项目品质要求；
- 负责资源导入引擎后的材质球调试及贴图绘制工作，并在游戏里验收最终效果；
- 跟进外包制作反馈沟通，输出有效明确的修改意见；
- 进行版本缺陷验收修改及给出有效解决方案。 Requirements
- 熟悉 Unreal 引擎的使用，以及 MAYA、MAX、SP、MD 等软件的使用 ；
- 精通角色服装、脸型、头发资产制作，且在其中至少有一项达到精通水平，有3A游戏工作经验者优先；
- 有外包管理经验，包括制定计划、进度过程跟进、品质反馈及引导培养能力；
- 对原画理解到位、具备一定二次设计能力，原画设计特征表现还原精准，了解人体、生物、脸型、装备等结构和质感表达，有版本内验收意识及不断升级美术技术和表现的意识；
- 个性正直乐观，做事高效、审美能力突出，责任心强，热爱游戏并有大量的游戏体验阅历，对游戏有极高的热情；
- 表达能力好且逻辑清晰，能快速融入团队，有技术研究精神，对新知识技术保持强烈的学习愿望并应用于工作上。
