## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏功能系统/商业化系统的UI视觉创意提案，根据游戏调性以及功能需求，定制出极具识别度的整体视觉包装（涵盖UI、画面氛围、动态等），风格硬朗，欧美卡通/写实方向深耕，视觉呈现张力较强；
- 设计、把控所负责系统的整体动态流程编排，并且有强落地性，协调其他美术管线完成动态方案呈现；
- 跟进设计实现的全流程环节，与交互、动特、策划、开发保持紧密沟通和高度配合，保证版本实现品质与设计一致，验收版本效果并对结果负责。 Requirements 1.有独立主导整个游戏视觉经验； 2.3年以上GUI视觉设计从业经验，熟悉完整游戏周期的视觉全流程； 3.具备扎实美术基本功，能从绘画角度理解整体画面，有强手绘能力者优先； 4.对视觉有多维度的理解，可以整体且动态的理解视觉设计； 5.具备较强主观表达意愿，对设计有感性理解； 6.设计手段丰富，可以用多种手段独立完成较为完整的设计呈现； 7.有较强自驱力、理解力强、善于表达，具有良好的大型团队沟通与协作能力，能够主动推动流程向下； 8.热爱游戏、热爱美术，有丰富的游戏/动漫/影视作品的体验积累，FPS游戏涉猎多者优先。
