## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责乐享知识库 AI 核心能力的规划，将 AI 前沿技术与知识、办公协同场景深度融合，打造行业领先的 AI 原生企业服务产品；
- 深度挖掘目标客户在agentic知识库方面的核心需求，紧密追踪 AI 在企业服务领域的动态与趋势，全方位提升产品的智能化用户体验，巩固市场竞争优势；
- 建立 AI 产品评价体系，结合 AI 技术特性规划并高效梳理迭代计划，协调算法、研发等确保 AI 功能模块的有序推进；
- 协同算法、工程、设计及业务团队，主导 AI 模块的生命周期管理，确保产品在保持技术领先性的同时，具备极高的易用性和商业转化率。 Requirements 1.5 年以上产品经验，其中至少 2 年以上 AI 原生产品（LLM/RAG/Agent）的实战落地经验，主导过成熟的 AI 知识库、智能助理或搜索类产品者优先； 2.理解 LLM 原理、RAG 及 Agent 架构，能够从技术原理出发判断场景可行性，确保资源的高效投入； 3.具备 SaaS 或企业级产品功底，对企业权限体系、数据安全、组织协同有深刻理解，能处理 AI 与复杂 B 端逻辑的兼容挑战； 4.能够从碎片化的客户反馈中抽象出普适性的 AI 需求，具备极强的逻辑拆解能力，能够输出高质量、具备可执行性的产品方案，在不确定性的 AI 探索中拿到结果。
