## Job description

### 量化策略研究与开发
- 负责大模型产品 × 量化投资的交叉研究，开发面向 C 端散户的量化策略，覆盖因子选股、ETF配置、行业轮动、择时交易等方向；

### 投研体系与数据建设
- 牵头从 0 到 1 搭建面向散户的可解释投研方法论，负责 C 端金融数据的清洗、加工与数据体系建设；

### 产品功能优化与落地
- 深度优化 证券 AI 产品的投研体系与信息呈现形态，通过大模型凝练信息，输出专业评级标准与风险指标；

### 策略分层与用户适配
- 基于用户风险偏好（稳健型 / 激进型）设计策略自动路由，支持持仓数量自定义与实时回测验证，降低量化回测功能的使用门槛；

### 投教与信任建立
- 通过对比实验与历史回测数据验证策略有效性，以可解释、通俗的方式向不同知识背景的用户传递投资逻辑；

### 内部专业支持
- 为内部其他团队提供金融语料打标签等专业支持。 Requirements 1.金融、经济、数学、统计、计算机等相关专业，硕士及以上学历； 2.3 年以上量化投研经验，熟悉因子模型、量化回测、行业轮动、事件驱动等框架； 3.具备大模型与量化投资结合的研究或落地经验者优先； 4.有卖方研究 / 路演经验者优先，擅长向不同背景受众解释复杂投资逻辑； 5.具备金融数据清洗、加工与体系搭建能力； 6.具备产品思维，能从散户视角出发，将复杂金融逻辑转化为产品语言； 7.沟通协作能力强，能协调跨团队资源，推进底层数据与上层应用的打通。
