## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏内PVP玩法相关系统的设计落地，包括匹配、排位、结算等功能；
- 与关卡、战斗同学配合，提升玩法乐趣性和目标达成；
- 与AI模块保持密切交流合作，确保匹配体验达到预期效果；
- 跟进并分析游戏统计数据，根据数据和玩家反馈制定后续优化方案，并跟进具体开发进度。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上游戏策划经验，有线上项目经验、完整项目研发经历者优先；
- 热爱游戏，对市面上各类游戏的系统和运营思路有深入的分析和理解，有FPS/TPS游戏经验优先；
- 具备一定的数据分析能力，能够通过数据及时调整需求，并能快速提升数据表现，对当前主流匹配算法有一定理解和研究；
- 具有良好的团队合作意识和学习能力，沟通能力优秀，具有较强的责任心。
