## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主导游戏研发全流程，对从需求立项、开发执行到最终交付的全生命周期负责；
- 拆解业务目标并规划管线，运用敏捷理念制定开发计划，借助工具实现数据化进度追踪；
- 统筹跨部门与跨管线沟通，对齐核心干系人预期，确保项目高质量落地；
- 围绕“进度、成本、质量”三大维度优化机制，保障各里程碑目标的按时、高效达成；
- 组织关键项目会议，明确决议并严格追踪Action Item（待办事项）落地，提升团队执行力；
- 建立并维护管线管理SOP，定期主导版本复盘与根因分析，驱动研发效率持续优化。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏行业研发PM经验，具备完整研发到上线项目经历者优先；
- 熟练掌握敏捷开发理念，精通游戏研发底层逻辑及各类主流项目管理工具；
- 具备极强的跨团队统筹与协同推进能力，擅长在复杂人际环境中解决冲突；
- 强抗压与自驱力，适应快节奏研发环境，具备优秀的结构化复盘与总结归纳能力；
- 敏锐的风险嗅觉，能前置识别项目隐患，制定有效预案并化解危机，护航项目运转；
- 结果导向，不甩锅不推诿，具备出色的“问题解决思维”。
