## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责荒野乱斗游戏内角色表演、场景及技能动画的设计与制作；
- 根据游戏策划需求，完成高质量动画资源，确保欧美动画风格与游戏整体美术风格一致；
- 与游戏策划、程序团队紧密协作，优化动画性能，提升游戏体验；
- 参与动画设计规范的制定与维护，提升团队整体动画制作效率；
- 持续关注行业动态，探索创新动画表现形式，为游戏带来独特视觉效果。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，动画、美术设计或相关专业背景； 2.3年以上游戏动画设计经验，有手游或竞技类游戏项目经验者优先； 3.熟练掌握Maya、3ds Max、After Effects等动画制作软件； 4.具备扎实的动画理论基础，熟悉动画运动规律，能独立完成高质量动画； 5.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能适应快节奏的项目开发环境； 6.对游戏行业充满热情，有较强的学习能力和创新意识。
