## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.支持微信助手小微的产品需求，负责 Agent Harness 框架的设计与开发，包括 Agent 调度、任务编排与执行上下文管理； 2.负责业务后训练的合版工作，如数据合版、OPD合版等；3.负责 AI Agent 记忆系统的构建与优化，覆盖记忆的写入、组织、检索与生命周期管理，探索跨会话持续记忆与端云协同架构； 4.与产品和工程团队紧密合作，推进 Agent Harness 能力在相关业务中的部署和落地。 Requirements
- 计算机、电子工程、数学或机器学习相关专业方向硕士及以上学历；
- 熟悉 PyTorch/transformers 等框架，具备大模型应用开发经验；

### 深入了解以下至少一个方向
- Agent 调度与任务编排、RAG 与记忆检索、Long Context 处理、后训练与模型合版技术，具备独立探索前沿方向技术的能力；
- 具备良好的系统设计能力，能针对具体业务场景合理设计 Harness 架构，兼顾性能、可扩展性与工程落地；
- 优秀的工程能力、逻辑思维和沟通表达能力；优秀的vibe coding能力。
