## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与游戏智能NPC系统的叙事设计，基于大模型构建NPC行为逻辑，包括人格库、动态记忆与多轮对话策略；制定实时响应规则，在可预测性与涌现感之间取得平衡；产出Prompt模板及剧情种子数据；
- 探索AI辅助叙事的应用方式，借助大模型工具、自主编写Skill及开发提效工具，提升内容生产效率；
- 从叙事专业视角，协助优化AI辅助游戏制作工具。具备产品策划思维，能够通过埋点、自主设计优化及用户访谈等方式，持续迭代工具体验，降低用户的使用门槛。 Requirements
- 本科及以上，3年以上游戏叙事策划经验（含 1 年 AI 相关经验）；
- 深入理解LLM在游戏中的应用，精通复杂角色扮演Prompt设计；
- 具备产品思维，有工具类产品落地经验优先；
- 熟悉Unity/Unreal基础逻辑，理解行为树、状态机。
