## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责搭建平台级商家智能经营统一Agent 超级中枢（超级大脑），作为全域经营核心调度底座，围绕用户意图理解、经营任务智能拆解、自主决策能力建设，统一收口全场景智能体的调度、治理与能力规范，构建商家AI自主经营操作系统；
- 主导多子 Agent 集群编排与智能调度体系，针对私域客服、线索转化、直播、小店交易、线下到店等场景搭建垂直场景智能体，通过中枢大脑实现跨场景技能编排、任务调度与协同作业，打破场景孤岛，形成全域协同经营范式；
- 搭建跨层全局记忆与上下文体系，构建 B 端商家经营记忆、C 端用户交互记忆双引擎，实现跨对话、跨场景、跨周期的记忆复用与上下文连贯，解决传统AI服务碎片化、认知不连续的痛点；
- 设计 B/C 端资产双向共享与复用机制，依托大模型构建经营知识库、商家资产库、用户行为资产库，沉淀经营经验与用户偏好，双向赋能智能体意图识别、个性化经营、智能诊断与自动化执行；
- 落地大模型工程与智能体工具链体系，统一封装投放、分析、转化等工具能力，标准化 Toolcall 调用与技能编排，形成「意图识别-任务拆解-工具执行-复盘沉淀」的全链路自主经营闭环。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业，3年以上大模型智能体（Agent）平台落地实战经验，有中大型平台级AI产品架构设计经验者优先；
- 深度理解企业级B端智能体架构，精通智能体编排、长期记忆管理、自动化任务调度、工具链调用核心技术体系，具备完整的AI系统落地经验；
- 具备复杂多场景 AI 系统架构设计能力，可独立搭建统一智能体中台、多智能体协同调度、对话管理、行业知识库体系，具备从0到1搭建 AI 业务平台的完整经历；
- 具备极强的跨团队推进、复杂方案设计、技术风险预判能力，可在平台生态约束、数据合规风控约束下，设计可落地、可分阶段迭代的最优技术方案。
