## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责微信视频号投放算法的研发；
- 包含商业化或生态投放目标的召回和精排算法、预算控制算法、出价机制的优化迭代；
- 结合微信视频号的业务的实际特点，快速进行算法和策略迭代，不断提升投放效率。 Requirements
- 精通常用机器学习和深度学习算法及其原理，对算法特点和适用场景等有比较深刻的理解，能够快速进行算法实现和迭代；
- 对运筹学、控制论有基础知识者优先；
- 有推荐系统、广告系统、搜索系统业务经验者优先；
- 具有良好的工程实现能力，熟练掌握一门编程语言（C++/C/Python等）；
- 有较好的沟通能力、团队协作能力，积极主动。
