## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.负责境外钱包相关模块的产品体验设计工作，结合用户需求、业务规划及运营推广策略等方向开展体验研判，输出高保真交互，并能与产研团队协作推进落地； 2.在所负责的业务方向上，能够持续分析优化方向，及时结合用户行为习惯、市场体验迭代方向、 线上数据、用户反馈找问题、做优化，助力用户口碑提升与业务规模增长。 Requirements
- 具备 1 年以上互联网产品体验设计经验，关注支付、金融类产品体验；（D6或以上）；
- 具备全栈产品体验设计能力，能独立完成需求理解、用户分析、交互方案到落地跟进；能够同时闭环交互与视觉设计者优先；
- 具备较强的创新意识，对设计前沿趋势有较敏锐的洞察能力，对 AI 技术和工具有使用经验与探索欲；
- 强用户视角，具备一定的数据理解与分析能力，善于将洞察转化为设计方案；
- 具备良好的逻辑思辨、沟通表达和团队协作能力，有责任感。
