## Job description

### 区域市场战略制定
- 支持天美自研产品在日本地区发行策略，并主导各产品在各周期的营销规划；
- 统筹管理各阶段日本市场营销推广工作，包括但不限于营销创意、内容营销、公关传播、事件营销等的落地执行；
- 挖掘了解各项目在日本市场的潜力、玩家画像、市场概况等；
- 与产品研发、运营、投放、社区等团队紧密协同，输入当地市场的洞察及创意；
- 与服采、商务等团队协作，挖掘更多日本当地资源。 Requirements 1.5年以上游戏市场发行经验，3年以上当地市场营销经验； 2.熟悉游戏发行流程及营销各模块内容，有完整且成功游戏项目上线经历及可追溯的具体线上推广案例和业绩结果； 3.有二次元、射击、RPG等品类经验优先，或是该品类资深玩家者优先； 4.商务日语无障碍（N1以上）+ 中文可用于工作语言，有日本当地生活工作经验优先； 5.具备优异的沟通能力、自驱力和抗压力；
- 深度宅向认知，能精准解读当地的亚文化现象和热门文化者优先。
