## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责武汉子公司美术团队的全流程搭建，包括人员编制规划、招聘面试、梯队培养；
- 建立团队工作流程、质量标准、评审机制和协作规范，带领团队完成项目分配的整套美术内容生产，确保交付质量、风格一致性及排期可控，与项目主美及美术核心团队紧密沟通，准确理解美术方向与质量标准，在武汉团队内推动落地，把控从概念设计到最终引擎内效果的完整生产链路；
- 建立团队学习与成长机制，持续提升武汉团队的专业能力；
- 营造积极、开放、追求品质的团队氛围，与深圳项目核心团队保持高频协作，确保信息同步和文化对齐。 Requirements 1.6年以上游戏美术行业工作经验； 2.2年以上带团队经验，直接管理过美术团队（有主美经验者优先）； 3.具备从概念设计、3D资产制作、动画特效到引擎整合的全流程把控能力； 4.有风格化美术项目经验（非纯写实方向），对风格化美术的设计语言和制作方法论有深度理解；
- 熟悉Unity引擎的美术工作流及PBR/NPR管线。
