## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 与团队紧密合作，打造记忆点深刻的世界观和场景相关的概念设计；
- 参与世界观设计、生态设计、地图、城市、室内外等不同类型的兴趣点（POI）设计做全流程的设计方案；
- 利用叙事故事、世界观、潮流趋势和风格、多元化审美等各方面的知识和积累，改进或创建游戏中的场景以及未来游戏中大事件的场景相关设计；
- 高效与内外部合作团队进行设计交流和反馈，相互激发灵感，提升设计亮点和品质，并确保质量和一致性；
- 协助设计和制作高品质高精度的地图宣发设计。 Requirements
- 有5年以上游戏&影视场景设计经验，擅长写实风格，对写实风格有深入的理解，并能有差异化设计思维；
- 综合能力强，具备经验丰富的概念设计、建筑知识、场景布光设计、美宣、叙事、动画等创意设计流程的专业知识；
- 能有游戏研发的全流程思维，确保设计在游戏中高品质的落地；
- 设计视野广，熟悉或热爱硬核射击类游戏&影视题材；
- 对设计和工作流包容和拓展性强，可以在选题创意、草图、3D辅助、AI等多方式创作。
