## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责模型 Token 整体运营，覆盖国内及海外市场，重点推动海外用量增长和付费转化；
- 面向司内业务提供模型选型、接入、额度管理、用量分析和问题支持，提升模型使用效率；
- 分析市场规模、客户需求、竞品价格和使用趋势，制定收入、成本、资源及用量预测；
- 运营外部推理平台、模型聚合平台、Agent 平台、API 中转站和云平台，推进接入、定价、折扣及联合推广；
- 跟踪客户分层、Token 用量、留存、扩展和模型迁移，提升收入、毛利和资源利用率；
- 协同产品、研发、销售、云及海外团队，准备英文模型资料、竞品分析和客户案例。 Requirements 1.3 年以上 AI 模型、云服务、API、SaaS 或技术平台运营经验； 2.具备市场分析、商业测算、收入预测、定价或成本分析能力； 3.有海外客户、渠道或跨区域项目经验，能够使用英语开展工作； 4.了解 Token 计费、模型 API、推理资源、吞吐、延迟、配额和 SLA； 5.具备较强的数据分析、项目推进和跨团队协作能力。
