## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏宣传片、CG短片、游戏演绎动画设计等创意内容的创意设计；
- 负责上述内容的脚本写作、创意方案PPT、提案及分镜设计；
- 负责制作过程全流程监修及项目所需的剪辑、调色等相关工作。 Requirements
- 导演、动画导演职业五年以上工作经历，游戏行业CG导演经历优先；
- 有枪战品类的影视作品，或FPS品类游戏项目经验；
- 有良好的创意设计能力，优秀的文字理解力和表达力，能独立撰写剧本和文字分镜脚本，并完成方案PPT与提案；
- 具备专业的动态设计和分镜能力，能独立完成动态分镜和Demo，以及相关的表演设计和剪辑；
- 熟练运用各类AI工具与流程；熟悉2D、3D、UE动画流程和技术，能独立指导带片，提升艺术和视听品质；
- 了解行业及供应商资源，并具备相关资源整合的能力；
- 创新思考、坦诚沟通，善于和内外团队开展协作。
