## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责小程序服务商体系的整体规划与建设，围绕平台业务目标，设计服务商分层、准入、激励、评估、退出等机制，推动服务商生态健康发展；
- 深入理解小程序平台、开发者、商家与服务商之间的协作关系，识别服务商在获客、代运营、技术接入、行业解决方案、交易转化等环节的核心价值，推动服务商能力与平台目标有效匹配；
- 负责小程序服务商平台基建能力优化，包括服务商后台、商家授权、数据看板、能力开放、案例沉淀、商机流转、行业解决方案管理等，提升服务商经营效率与平台管理效率；
- 建立服务商治理体系，围绕服务质量、商家体验、合规经营、数据安全、履约能力、违规处理等关键环节，制定标准、流程和工具，保障生态长期可信；
- 联动产品、研发、行业运营、审核、法务、风控、数据等团队，推动服务商相关机制和平台能力落地，持续提升服务商对平台业务增长的贡献；
- 基于业务数据与一线反馈，搭建服务商经营分析体系，持续评估服务商的业务贡献、服务质量、行业覆盖、客户留存、交易转化等指标，发现问题并推动优化。 Requirements
- 具备 3 年以上平台生态、服务商体系、商家运营、开放平台、SaaS、B 端产品或行业运营相关经验，有服务商/代理商/合作伙伴体系搭建经验者优先；
- 对平台型业务有较深理解，能够平衡平台、服务商、商家与用户之间的多方关系，具备体系化设计能力和长期生态视角；
- 具备较强的业务抽象能力，能够从具体服务商问题中提炼平台共性能力，并推动产品化、机制化、数据化建设；
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够围绕业务目标拆解关键指标，建立服务商评估和经营分析体系，并基于数据推动业务改进；
- 具备优秀的跨团队协同能力和项目推进能力，能够协调产品、研发、运营、法务、风控、审核等多方资源，推动复杂项目落地；
- 结果导向，责任心强，既能关注短期业务目标，也能持续建设长期平台能力。
