## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责微信内各商业化场景的流量变现工作，为收入目标负责，基于不同场景特点持续迭代演进 Adload 策略，拓展商业化流量；
- 持续提升流量变现价值与效率，综合场景特点、预算和系统链路效率，优化广告推荐策略；
- 关注并持续思考商业化与用户体验的关系，为朋友圈、视频号、公众平台等不同场景类型的流量变现提供长期的变现策略解决方案。 Requirements
- 逻辑性强，具备商业逻辑和产品思维，对数据敏感，有良好的数据分析能力；
- 了解广告系统背后的逻辑，有广告推荐相关数据策略工作经验优先；
- 热爱互联网产品，自我驱动力强，能接受挑战和快速学习，具备发现问题及解决问题的能力；
- 有较好的跨团队沟通协作及项目管理能力，能跨越职能边界推动事情，善于倾听与表达，在复杂多方协作中保持清晰与推动力。
