## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据当前游戏产品的视觉风格，定义游戏界面的动态视觉风格，设计制作产品内的相关界面动态表现；
- 与开发同学紧密配合，保证动效在引擎内的实现品质，在效果与性能之间取得平衡；
- 能够跟进合作伙伴的设计产出，确保设计方案与落地效果的一致性。 Requirements
- 三年以上相关从业经验，动画、特效设计类相关专业优先，熟悉UE引擎者优先；
- 美术功底扎实、审美素养良好，能清晰地阐述设计创意；
- 具备较强的创新能力，有 UI 特效设计经验与见解；
- 热爱学习，能持续关注行业设计趋势与新技术、新工具；
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能推动上下游协同，做好质量把控。
