## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责海外广告联盟的开发者变现合作，制定业务发展规划，搭建流量变现解决方案，开发各类型开发者变现合作，提升流量变现效率、规模和市场竞争力；
- 负责或协助相关团队的日常管理。 Requirements 1.5年以上海外广告从业经历，对海外广告市场业态有深度洞察理解，具备丰富的流量商业化业务经验； 2.2年以上团队管理经验，对团队管理和人员培养有成熟的方法沉淀，能带领团队快速达成目标；
- 专业流利的英语工作能力，满足定期的海外差旅工作要求，有海外工作经验优先；
- 抗压能力强，具备好的沟通协作能力，跨团队合作能力强，价值观正，知行合一。
