## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责分布式NoSQL存储相关方向的技术研发以及运营，打造业界领先的多模型NoSQL存储系统；
- 自研KV，时序等存储引擎的研发；
- 持续优化系统服务质量，提升系统性能，降低运营成本，为客户提供稳定可靠的NoSQL存储服务。 Requirements
- 至少精通C/C++/GO其中一门编程语言，深入理解操作系统和网络基本原理，具备扎实的数据结构和算法基础；
- 具备分布式系统，NoSQL或数据库系统开发经验者优先，熟悉存储硬件基本特性，熟悉高性能编程技术；
- 富有激情和创造力，学习能力强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，勇于接受挑战。
