### Analyst/Specialist - RODS 1 LOCATION

City of Buenos Aires - City of Buenos Aires - Argentina DEPARTMENT: OTHERS Gestionar el proceso comercial de Tenaris Rods USA, desde la recepción de la solicitud de cotización hasta la concreción de la venta y entrega del producto. Principales responsabilidades Coordinar las etapas de cotización, ingreso de órdenes de compra y seguimiento de pedidos. Verificar que las ofertas cumplan con las condiciones comerciales, autorizaciones internas y plazos correspondientes.

Asegurar la correcta ejecución del Contract Review, resolviendo diferencias entre la oferta y la orden de compra. Monitorear las órdenes para garantizar el cumplimiento de los compromisos asumidos con el cliente. Coordinar con Ventas, Operaciones, Supply Chain y Finanzas la resolución de desvíos que puedan afectar las ventas o entregas. Brindar soporte a Customer Service y mantener actualizada la información comercial en los sistemas.

Elaborar reportes de gestión sobre entregas, reclamos, inventarios y órdenes. Competencias requeridas Orientación al cliente y vocación de servicio. Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas. Organización y seguimiento. Habilidad para trabajar con diferentes áreas. Inglés avanzado para interactuar con clientes y equipos de Estados Unidos.
