## Job description

Closing Date 28 October 2026 Title Manager Financial Control & Procurement Reporting To Senior Manager Financial Control & Procurement Mission (Sources of Values)
- Drive innovation, sustainability, and cost savings through strategic internal financial control and procurement while ensuring compliance with financial and procurement control documents

### Accountability & Responsibility
- Manage delegation of authority (e.g, from Board of Directors to Management)​ Support system SAP/ERP development and advisory support (i.e. maintaining chart of account, cost element, cost centre/job order)​ Perform circulation of Financial and Procurement Control Documents (i.e.

Limits Of Authority, Financial Instruction, Financial Circulars and Procurement Policies andProcedure)​ Facilitate pre-award procurement activities within SB (RFI, tendering, direct negotiation)​ Facilitate post-award procurement activities within SB ​ Manage Vendor and Customer registration, Sourcing Request, Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Service Acceptance/MIGO​ Assist in monitoring governance matters and provide necessary advisory to SB team pertaining to internal financial control and procurement Provide​ Responsible for supporting the ISMS Coordinator in implementing ISMS activities, including applying security controls, assisting with risk assessments, and ensuring day-to- day compliance with ISMS ISO/IEC 27001 policies and procedures.

KPIs Ensure proper governance for both financial and procurement​ Issuance of updated Financial and Procurement Control Documents ​ End Products Financial Control Documents (i.e. Limits Of Authority, Financial Instruction, Financial Circulars and Policies)​ Procurement Control Documents (i.e.

Circulars and Procurement Policies and Procedure)​ Competencies L1-Vision L2-Business Acumen L3-Engaging Others L4-Self and People Development L5-Accountability L6-Result Orientation F-Financial Management F-Financial Problem Solving and Advisory F-Incentive Based Regulation (IBR) F-Knowledge of TNB's Business & Related Risks F-Basic Negotiation Skills F-Networking and Interpersonal Skills F-Power Purchase Agreement F-Power System Planning & Development F-PPA/SLA Education and Knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. ​ Experience Requirements Minimum
- 5 years working experience.​ Networking & Relations Relevant TNB Divisions and Departments and Single Buyer Units​ External auditors​ Vendors Job Segment: Procurement, Power Systems, Buyer, Manager, Operations, Energy, Management
