This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while being the main contact for auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders. If you are an experienced finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership, we would love to hear from you. ### Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable including posting, cash matching, and dunning processes. Oversee accounts payable, including invoice entry, bank payments, and reconciliations. Perform general ledger accounting for Singapore and Japan entities. Manage GL, bank, and intercompany reconciliations, fixed asset depreciation, accruals, and prepayments. Handle expense claims and ensure timely resolution of finance‑related queries. Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with local regulations. Lead the month‑end closing for both CWAPAC and CW Japan, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare annual financial statements and audit schedules. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors. Oversee payroll accounting and filings. Handle all local tax filings for Singapore and Japan. ### Requirements Minimum 8 years of accounting experience. Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
