We’re seeking an Assembly Technician to support precision assembly operations in a dynamic environment. If you have strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude, this role is for you. What you’ll do Assemble discrete and multichip semiconductor packages. Dispense encapsulant and cure products. Load and unload assembly fixtures and operate complex manufacturing equipment (e.g., vacuum reflow furnaces, laser marking systems, dicing saws, pick-and-place machines). Maintain clean and organized workspaces.
