## Job description

### Job Overview

Responsible for supporting global sourcing, procurement, costing, pricing, supplier management, cost optimization and business growth.

### Job Requirements
- Support sourcing strategies and supplier selection activities.
- Lead RFQ/RFP processes and commercial evaluations.
- Conduct supplier negotiations for cost reduction and value improvement.
- Costing of Cable assemblies and Box builds.
- Support pricing analysis and customer RFQs.
- Analyze spend, supplier performance, inventory and lead times.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Commercial teams.
- Drive supplier performance improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices. What your background should look like
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering Preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics.
- Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge (SAP)
- Should have knowledge of Wiring Harness and its commodities (such as connectors, back shells, wires & cables)
- Should have Knowledge on Costing of Finished goods/Final assembly.
