Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen, Statistiken und Reports Selbstständige Bearbeitung sowie Koordination administrativer und organisatorischer Themen im Tagesgeschäft Organisation, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Workshops, Veranstaltungen und Team-Events Durchführung von Analysen und Recherchen zur Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management Professionelles Office-Management in deutscher und englischer Sprache Vorbereitung, Organisation und Betreuung von

Konferenzen, Besuchergruppen und Kundenbesuchen im internationalen Umfeld Unterstützung und Entlastung des Plant Managers in sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben Mitwirkung bei bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie Übernahme eigenständiger Projektaufgaben Was Sie mitbringen sollten: Anforderungen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Studium im kaufm./betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder im Bereich Kommunikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich, bevorzugt in einem international tätigen

Industrieunternehmen Erfahrung im Projektmanagement Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sehr gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Selbständiges Arbeiten, Organisationsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke Erfahrung mit SAP, Concur oder vergleichbaren Systemen von Vorteil Kompetenzen Werte: Integrität, Verantwortlichkeit, Inklusion, Innovation, Teamarbeit
