The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, balancing strategic HR initiatives with the day-to-day needs of a growing operation. ### What your background should look like ROLE STATEMENT The HR Business Partner Manager serves as a strategic partner to site leadership, driving HR initiatives that support business objectives, operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and talent development. This role partners closely with leaders to implement HR programs, foster a strong culture, support workforce planning, and deliver solutions that enable business growth. Based in Tijuana, Mexico, this position supports a large manufacturing site and acts as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational HR requirements.
